The Song of Andaltin

 

 

Fenrick of Daria has spent his life dreaming of music that will carry his name beyond the borders of his humble village. Talented and eager for the chance to prove himself, he leaves Tavionn when he hears of an audition in the wealthy kingdom of Andaltin: a chance to write a song honoring its ruler, Lord Alaric.

But Andaltin isn’t the gleaming land its banners pretend it to be. With the help of Kae, a sharp-eyed noblewoman who sees more than she says, Fenrick is given the opportunity he always wanted.
